Upcoming Free Webinar - Latest Giving Trends
by Ashley High With the economy’s downturn, many financial experts (and some that are not) are predicting a multitude of outcomes for the future, especially in regards to charitable giving. However, the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana has just released their annual report on giving, allowing non-profits to effectively survey the latest giving trends. On June 11, 2009, non-profit organizations are invited to discuss this report, Giving USA 2009, and its findings with a panel of non-profit leaders.
The results of the data on charitable giving for the year ended on December 31, 2008 will be presented. Then, the panel will discuss how these trends may affect fundraising for different types of nonprofits and for different areas of the country. Questions will be taken as time allows.
Full participation in this webinar will count for 1.5 points in Category 1.B-Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
